Keith is currently the CEO of KBL Commercial Services who offers a range of business development and support services to the market.and was previously employed by Engen Petroleum Ltd as General Manager of the Retail Business Division where he managed a portfolio in excess of R15.0 billion and which generated 80% of the overall organisation profits. He has the distinction of having operated the single biggest South African petroleum retail network and during his tenure was able to successfully grow the business in terms of market share as well as bottom line profitability whilst also implement a number of innovations and changes that would sustain the business and set itself apart from its competitors. Keith has extensive experience in the petroleum industry at a senior and executive management level and has operated across a number of business disciplines including Retailing, Wholesaling, and Commercial Business, Customer Service, Finance, Credit Management, Strategic Planning, Distribution, Brand Management,
Keith is a member of the South African Institute of Administration and Commerce and also the Institute of Credit Management as well as alumni of the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business. Keith is also a past Vice President of the Institute of Credit Management, Western Cape branch, and has delivered lectures for the ICM as well as Damelin, Wits GSB and adult education programs. In addition Keith has delivered a number of papers at National and International conventions on Call Centre Integration, Customer Services Management, Retailing, Convenience Marketing, Petroleum Industry issues and general motivational discussions.
His qualifications include Cost & Management Accounting, UCT PMD and various other programs some of which include Marketing, Call Centre Management, Supply Chain management and Brand Management |
