Alita van Zyl has been involved in the South African and International IT industry for over 30 years, of which the last 15 had a focus on Account Management and Complex Solution Sales.
She is a leader with effective communication skills, who shares willingly and effectively, making her a natural trainer and coach. The ability to reach people by understanding their communication preference and integrating that into the approach to create opportunities and solutions assists in her success. As a successful Key Account Manager she gained experience in the management of large, enterprise accounts in various industries and geographical regions. She obtained a solid technical background ranging from Air traffic Control to Financial to Student Administration systems. She also had substantial exposure to Global solutions and International training.
As a person with a passion for Life and Loyalty to Customers she has the ability to build strategic and tactical relationships on all levels. With her vast experience she grasps key business drivers which she successfully translates into solutions and she applies high level communication skills to work collaboratively across functions in a business and articulate difficult technical concepts to non technical audiences. A fundamental understanding and experience of business complexity, virtual management and working within matrix organizations adds to value creation.
She has a particular interest in finding and creating possibilities for the companies she engages with. She also thrives on assisting teams to find their collective strengths and building solutions to the benefit of all parties involved using her strong technical proficiency and passion for Business Analysis and Solution Design Alita has a BSc (IT) from the University of Pretoria. |
